REFUND POLICY:
- Refunds are issued for In-store credit (UKB gift card) only! They never expire and can be used on any item we sell!- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- after that time, returns will not be accepted- Returns must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, unused)
- The cost of return shipping is paid by customer, and will be deducted from the final refund total.
- Refunds will not be processed until the returned item is received back to UKB- Luxury & custom items are FINAL SALE
- Swim/lingerie is FINAL SALE- Sale items or flash sales items/bundles are FINAL SALE

EXCHANGES: UKB is not able to offer exchanges on luxury items unless we happen to have that same item in stock. Due to the custom order process, this is not always the case. UKB only offers exchanges on in-house custom items if there is a quality error with your item, in which case, we will absolutely re-make it for you. Note that additional TAT is required for re-making a custom item. The same policy above applies to exchanges: they must be initiated within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Customer satisfaction is our top priority! If there is an issue with your order, you must contact customer service via email within 7 days of delivery:

This is because each item is custom-ordered based on sizing and style for our customers. We only order what is requested. Please note that for ALL pre-orders, payment is required within 24hrs. After that time, Uniquely Knit Boutique will make one additional attempt to contact you via email and/or our FB group (if you are a member). After 48hrs, your order will be canceled & you could be removed from our Facebook shopping group (per our group rules). If there is an issue or concern, please contact us so we can assist you. Please note that pre-orders are considered binding. When you comment to claim an item, we will invoice you after pre-orders close. We do not accept refunds on pre-orders because a customer has changed their mind on an item. Therefore, please do not claim an item if you are unsure. Quality Control Update: Effective April 18, 2022, each luxury item that ships out from our warehouse will be photographed prior to shipment. In the event of a refund request, the photos will be utilized to determine the nature of damage (if applicable). This is a time-consuming process, but we want to ensure no bag ships out unless it has been inspected for quality and to ensure no defects. UKB does not manufacture bags - so it is possible that a defect can occur at the factory, and we want to catch those prior to shipment. Please note that all bags are delivered to us in sealed packages, so we will have to unseal them to perform a quality inspection. Bags will be repackaged in dust bag prior to shipment to the customer.

We ship within the United States for a flat shipping rate of $7.95 for 2 day priority shipping!
